I gave up on cleaning services several years ago after two experiences with different companies that did sloppy work, missed dusting or mopping entire areas, and employed workers who were surly or indifferent at best.
I called Margaret to see if I could get a team to come within 24-48 hours because we were having friends and family for a visitation after a funeral. The house was not messy but desperately needed a thorough cleaning.
She re-arranged her schedule and came the next day. She came with one helper, but another team also came after they finished their job, resulting in a total of 5 women working in my house. They spent about 6 hours, did not waste a minute, and finished well after dark. Margaret walked around with me afterward to be sure I was satisfied with their work.
After several days of looking around and noticing the details, I am very pleased. They caught details that I had not mentioned when Margaret asked what I wanted done. They were pleasant and professional. Even my husband noticed what a great job they had done.
I will definitely call them again.

This was a cleaning of my empty rental before I turned in my keys for it to be inspected by the landlord. I had never met the person who cleaned my house, and my schedule made it so that I would not be able to meet her or be there during the cleaning. She texted me day of to confirm, when she got there, and when she left. She stayed an extra hour to finish the job to her satisfaction. The house was immaculate. The fact that she went the extra mile to do the job right despite no one being around to hold her accountable just goes to show that there are some great business people out there who take pride in their work. I will be using her services again in the future!

Margaret and Francis did a fantastic job in our home–looks like we have new window panes! Margaret coordinated scheduling effectively and communicated well through the entire process. They arrived on time and after a quick walk-through they got straight to work. In the two hours they thoroughly cleaned the inside of all of windows and the blinds (17 in total plus storm doors) plus all the baseboards (every room in a ~2000 sq ft house). They also swept and vacuumed some of the rooms. Overall, outstanding job in a short amount of time.

Ms. Staton and group arrived as planned and went to work immediately. This was my first time utilizing their service and plan to have her come on a regular basis. Everything was completed as I requested and I wasn’t there. Have had some health issues over the last 5 years and tried to do it myself and would be unsuccessful. Cleaned 4-br house before sale. Kitchen had a significant buildup of cooking grease on old solid wood cabinets. Maid to Please was able to remove more of the build up than I expected and completed my specific requests. They were on time and professional.

I enjoyed having the provider in my home. They were professional and friendly. There were four ladies doing the cleaning and they did an excellent job except for a few areas that were not dusted. I did not know when they left the house and would have liked to have talked with them. My husband was in the yard and they did tell him they were leaving. It is very likely I would use Maid to Please again. My house was shining.
